Jessica J. Crawford graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006, earning her Bachelors of Art in Government and Sociology. She later earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2009. She began her career running title in South and Central Texas. She entered the private practice in Houston in 2010, where she gained experience drafting title opinions in Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Mexico and oversaw stand-up title examination operations.
Jessica joined Jones Gill Porter Crawford and Crawford LLP in 2014 and is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. Her primary focus is on assisting upstream clients with their domestic exploration and production activities. Within her practice, she prepares and drafts original, drilling, division order, and supplemental title opinions; oil and gas leases; and curative instruments. She also has experience with real estate and probate matters.
Jessica is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, West Houston Association of Professional Landmen, Texas Young Lawyers Association; Young Professionals in Energy; the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Section of the State Bar of Texas; and a Committee Volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
